PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All Funknfrost.com orders are shipped out of our Vancouver, British Columbia warehouse. Depending on where you live within Canada and what delivery service level you select will affect how long the order will take to get to you. Generally speaking, orders received Monday through Friday are picked within 1 to 3 business days and then processed for shipping. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of the following Tuesday. In select cases with custom order items or special items, the processing time may vary. Please note the posted ship times when selecting your shipping service upon checkout are estimated ship times only and may vary up to 3 to 10 business days on average depending on the service selected, where you live and whether someone is present to receive the order at time of delivery.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
When your order is submitted and processed you will be emailed a Canada Post tracking number. To track the status of your order, please visit Canadapost.com and enter the tracking number provided. Please allow 1 to 2 business to have the shipping information updated in Canada Post's system.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE CANADA?
At this time Funknfrost.com only ships within Canada.
Please note certain items offered on funknfrost.com are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) and are required to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us your order number within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items being returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused, have their original, valid Funknfrost.com order number and their issued return authorizations number.
Due to the wide assortment of products offered, different return policies may apply to different items, please see below for details.
Please note, due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on fashion accessories, including; earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, scarves, hats, head bands, Jaw Clips, other headwear, purses & bags.
COSMETICS, SKINCARE, FRAGRANCE & LUXURY BATH
We will gladly accept returns on all unopened and unused cosmetic (including colour cosmetics), skincare, fragrance and luxury bath products in their original packaging. We are unable to offer product returns on opened and used items.
Please note all sale items are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
In the unlikely event we made an error in shipping your products, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and the incorrect item(s) description and/or item number and we will issue a pick up tag for the incorrect item and ship out the correct items right away.
I had a promotional coupon or professional discount applied to the product I would like to return when I purchased it, how does that work?
If you wish to return an item purchased using the Funk ‘n’ Frost PRO Discount and it meets the above mentioned criteria, you will be credited the discounted price paid for the item.
Please note all return shipping fees are paid by the purchaser. To process your return please follow the below instructions;
1. Contact Funknfrost.com Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return and order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, return instructions, and return mailing address.
2. Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
3. Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.
4. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Please note, funknfrost.com recommends using a service that offers tracking and signature for delivery. Funknfrost.com is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered items.
ADDITIONAL RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note in accordance with the above return policies funknfrost.com will not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise with visible damages or on merchandise that appears to have been opened, worn or used. Merchandise received that appears to be opened, worn, damaged or used will be returned to the customer collect and no refund will be issued.
Funknfrost.com reserves the right to refuse any claim, if merchandise returned does not meet the above mentioned policy requirements.
