What's it all about?

Magical colour that looks white but when applied has hints of blue and purple.  It's such a versatile colour that can be used dry or wet for more intensity.  When applied over a dark base it transforms into a more reflective blue and purple colour.  Pro tip: use it layered over lipstick on the center for extra pop!
